Is that a USB in the middle behind the panel that does not have access when the panel is on?

LHD models have the OBDII plug fitted to the small metal bracket so another location would need to be found. Just our luck!

looks like there is plenty of room under the front seats for the radio units and as you say the head unit can be up on the overhad unit. Not sure about how much the front dash can accomodate.Microphone can be remote as yu say.
